Deferred hearing had on Improvement Res olut'ien No. 648 for the paving Of first alley east of Michigan Street from Division Street to Bronson Street, in the C l$y of South Bend,..Indiana. Upon said hear ing remonstraters, appeared but no further written romonstrance f iled. And the Beard be Ing duly advised in the premises, doc ides that the benefits to property liable' to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the .same as reported by the City Civil Engineers and thereupon takes final action on said res olut ion as _ or ig inally adopted, and the lade is hereby in all thugs ratified, confirmed and approved. y Resolved further, that notices be pub i ishod on. the 9th. , day `'of 1919 and on the 16th. # day. of May 1919 in the South Bond Daily Tribune in aim C'lty� s tat ing that this Board w it roc o ivo bids for the a ons tr uc t ion of said rof - .9 up to 10 C0 A.M. on the 27th. , day of May 1919. Hear ing 'had on Improvement Resolution No. 649 for Trunk Sewerin McKinley Avenue, Cedar ,Street, Miner Street, Sommers Street, Arthur Street- and Walsh Street to be known as the East Mad is on Street Trunk Sewer system, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said haring remesstraters appeared but no written remonstrance was f ileA. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said Improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineers and thereupon takes f inalaet den on a It roe glut lea as as -mod if led. Upon said hearing no remeastraters appeared and no written remonstrance was filed.
