<br />BE IT RES OLVE'D BY THE BO 1RD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY -OF SOUTH
<br />BEND�ST. JOSEPH COUNTY STATE OF IND3ANA, that it is 'des,ircd and deemed necessary
<br />to impr ove Michigan Street from North Shore Drive to the north line of WakawarAvenue
<br />as f of l ows , t ow it: -
<br />Sa id street shall be graded and the roadway thereof shell be paaved;
<br />,and also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and 'alley a which on't'er or
<br />interseet said street shall be' graded sand paved. -The paving material to be used in
<br />mak ing sadd:� improvcmcnt shall be sheet a,s'phalt, Vitulithic, asphaltic concrete or b
<br />br ivk, and the f oundat ion sha 11 be portla,nd colllent c onerete f ive (5) inches thick f or
<br />the sheet asphalt,• bitulithic, asphaltic concrete and brick,. or rolled gavel six (6)
<br />inches thick for the b:irkc; also cement curb shall be constructd along said street where
<br />s&me is nOt already, constructed; storm water. inlets and conduits shall be constructed -
<br />where necessary; all stores water inlets and manholes tops shall be set to the propmr
<br />grade; cement marginal curb shall be constructed at all street and alley inter
<br />s*ctions where necessary, all s is more particularly shown and all in accordance with
