The Board adopted the following resolution:-
<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEAAENT RESOLUTION No. 668.
<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend.,
<br />St. Joseph County, State df Indiana, that it is desired and d ,emed, necessaryto In-
<br />rpovo Bartlett Street from Michigan Street to.Lafayette Boulevard as follows, to -
<br />wit: =
<br />Said street shall be graded , and the roadway thereof shall be paved; and
<br />also the roadway of cer.ta,in potions of the streets send alleys which enter or inter-
<br />sect said street shall be graded and paved: The paving material to be used in
<br />making said. improvement. ,shall be shoot asphalt, as-phaltie concrete, bitulithic,
<br />or brick,: and the #'oundation shall .be p lrtland cement concrete five (5) inches :thick
<br />for the sheet asphalt bitulithie, asplia,ltic concrete and brie, or rolled gravel six
<br />(6) inches thick for the brick; also the cement curb now in place on said street shall
