disturbed soils, Category A of the MPPA will apply. <br />Archaeology <br />• Because it is assumed that all work will occur within the existing and disturbed right-of-way of <br />roadways, no archaeological studies will be required. <br />n ironrnentalll bse ations Concerns; <br />• Multiple environmental sites of concern exist in and around the schools listed in this project. <br />• Due to the proposed work of upgrading signs occurring in existing right-of-way (under MPPA, <br />Category A), there should be no impact to the dozens of above -ground resources within the project <br />area listed in the State Historic Architectural and Archaeological Research Database (SHAARD) that <br />are listed In the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) as well rated Notable and Outstanding. <br />Green 3. LLC Level of "fork and Deliverables: <br />• PCE document with up to 30 limited RFIs <br />• Section 106/MPPA, Cat A <br />Sup leernentall Clause: <br />This scope of services DOES NOT include the following: <br />l . Any special studies such as 4(f) evaluations, noise/air analyses, waters of the U.S. reporting, <br />permitting coordination/execution, hazardous materials testing, etc. <br />2. Any changes in scope, such as right-of-way acquisition, or impacts to resources not currently known <br />that would require a full CE document <br />3. Any preparation of documentation under the MPPA Category B, a historic properties report, 800.11 <br />documentation (full Section 106 review), memorandum of agreement (MOA), or any additional <br />work requested/required by Indiana State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) or INDOT Cultural <br />Resources Office. <br />4. Any archaeological records review, fieldwork, and write-up of the results are found to be required <br />after the acceptance of this proposal. <br />If, upon consultation with all local, state, and federal agencies regarding the project, additional studies are <br />requested or the project scope/area changes, then additional fees will be required to meet the additional <br />scope of services. <br />The fee for this work will be $19,304.00 to be billed as lump sum based on percent complete.
