b. Pinhook Park Pavilion Upgrade plans and specifications shall be <br />developed within three categories of work based on Priorirites and scope <br />of work as established within the Schematic Design Deliverable. <br />Drawings will include plans, sections, interior elevations, schedules and <br />details for identified corrective work. <br />1) First Floor Restrooms: Improvements to achieve ADA compliance. <br />(Approximately $19,130 construction cost) <br />2) First Floor Food Prep and Kitchen: Update food prep area so that it <br />meets building code and spatial requirements for a `final prep' or <br />`warming kitchen.' (Approximately $67,385 construction cost) <br />3) First Floor Lobby and Banquet Hall: Update finishes in Lobby and <br />Banquet area, provide AN system. (Approximately $133,895 <br />construction cost) <br />4) Review Owner -provide As -Built drawings of existing construction, <br />including original construction and subsequent renovations and <br />remodel projects within designated areas. <br />5) Pavilion documents will be based on As -Built design documents, <br />including configuration, construction and finishes of impacted areas <br />prior to damaged conditions. <br />2. Provide necessary additional topographic survey as described in A1.01, 1 to <br />provide additional mapping from northern limit of current survey to Boland <br />Drive and underwater elevations as needed for design of boat launch. <br />3. Prepare a revised opinion of probable Construction Cost. <br />4. Furnish 5 review copies of the Preliminary construction documents and any <br />other deliverables to Owner within 60 calendar days of authorization to <br />proceed with this phase, and review them with Owner. Prepare <br />documentation of meeting and issue to attendees. Within 15 calendar days of <br />receipt, Owner shall submit to Engineer any comments regarding the <br />Preliminary construction documents and any other deliverables. <br />B. Engineer's services under the Preliminary construction document phase will be <br />considered complete following receipt of Owner comments. <br />A1.06 Final Construction Document Phase <br />A.
