contracts. This schedule is to be prepared and included in or become an amendment to <br />Exhibit A whether or not the work under such contracts is to proceed concurrently. <br />12. The number of prime contracts for Work designed or specified by Engineer upon which the <br />Engineer's compensation has been established under this Agreement is one (1). if more <br />prime contracts are awarded, Engineer shall be entitled to an equitable increase in its <br />compensation under this Agreement. <br />13. Upon completion and final approval of the work by Owner, the Engineer shall deliver to the <br />Owner the following, which shall become the property of the Owner: <br />a. Electronic copies (PDF files) of the approved final tracings, unique special provisions, <br />and Engineer's Option of Probable Construction Cost will be provided for the Owner's <br />use in soliciting bids from Contractors. <br />A1.03 Bidding or Negotiating Phase <br />A. Bidding phase services shall include: <br />1. Review the final construction documents distributed by INDOT for bidding purposes for <br />conformance with the Engineer's final tracing submittal. <br />2. Address questions from INDOT to interpret, clarify or expand the Bidding Documents that <br />are not directly related to an error or omission from the Engineer. <br />A1.04 Construction Phase <br />A. Upon successful completion of the Bidding Phase, Engineer shall: <br />1. General Administration of Construction Contract: DELETED <br />2. Resident Project Representative (RPR): DELETED <br />3. Selecting Independent Testing Laboratory: DELETED <br />4. Pre -Construction Conference: Attend Pre -Construction Conference with INDOT and <br />Contractor. <br />5. Schedules: DELETED <br />6. Baselines and Benchmarks: DELETED <br />7. Visits to Site and Observation of Construction: DELETED <br />8. Defective Work: DELETED <br />9.
