c. Site and Grading Plan <br />1) The Engineer shall prepare a final site and grading plan for the site, including access <br />driveway to lift station, site geometry and spot elevations. <br />d. Erosion Control and Maintenance of Traffic Requirements <br />1) The Engineer shall incorporate the lift station requirements in the Erosion Control <br />Requirements and Maintenance of Traffic Plans for the St. Joseph County's Douglas <br />Road Reconstruction project. <br />Provide technical criteria, written descriptions, and design data for Owner's use in filing <br />applications for permits from or approvals of governmental authorities having jurisdiction <br />to review or approve the final design of the Project; assist Owner in consultations with such <br />authorities; and revise the Drawings and Specifications in response to directives from such <br />authorities. <br />4. Advise Owner of any adjustments to the Opinion of Probable Construction Cost known to <br />Engineer <br />The Engineer shall coordinate with the Owner and St. Joseph County regarding specific <br />items that are to remain in place or be salvaged and returned to the Owner as part of the <br />anticipated demolition operations. Items to remain in place or to be salvaged shall be <br />determined by the Owner. The Engineer shall identify items or areas on the contract <br />documents as may be necessary for coordination purposes. <br />6. Perform or provide the following additional Final Design Phase tasks or deliverables, <br />a. Bid Document Format <br />1) Final comprehensive construction plans to outline the design in detail including <br />preparation and reproduction of plans in accordance with INDOT format. <br />i. Preparation of Unique Special provisions <br />ii. Proprietary Material Use forms and submission to INDOT <br />iii. Estimate of construction quantities and probable costs in INDOT format <br />2) AutoCAD Civi13D will be used to develop the Contract Drawings. <br />7. Permitting <br />a.
