Each student who participates in ISI has the opportunity to apply for Greater Impact Lawn Care, <br />We usually have around 20 students apply each year and accept 10-12 students to work for <br />the spring, summer and fall. All students will be mowing, weed whacking, blowing grass, <br />removing debris, maintaining equipment, etc. The students impacted by this program will <br />most likely be (we have interviews week of March 19): <br />1. Verrontae Johnson - Clay High School <br />2. Javontae Wallace - Washington High <br />3. Lemond Nance - Clay High School <br />4. Maurice McThune - Clay High School <br />5. Jahleel Mason - Career Academy <br />6. Marrio Henderson - Washington High <br />7. Chloe Clayborn - Career Academy <br />8. Stacey Johnson - Riley High <br />9. Sebastian Soto - Riley High <br />10. Malachi O'Neal - Inspiration School of Beauty Culture <br />11. Christian Darden - Ivy Tech <br />12. Tecory Gordon - Indiana State <br />Supervisors are the key to our lawn care program being successful. They act as a player -coach <br />as they do the lawn care work and mentor the student employees. Our supervisors are all over <br />21 years old and have the following experience: <br />1. Bob Larkin - General Manager, ran own business for 13 years, experience in property <br />management <br />2. Kory Lantz - Founder of Greater Impact Lawn Care, MBA Bethel College <br />3. Mike Phipps - PE Teacher, Bachelors from Bethel College, has worked for GILC for 4 <br />years <br />4. Tom Bennett - Science Teacher, worked in landscape business for 10+ years, Bachelors <br />from Goshen College <br />5. Cam Brundage - Math Teacher, Bachelors from Bethel College <br />
