3. Life Skills - Each student goes through an 8 week life skills training. Greater Impact <br />Lawn Care was birthed out of a desire to teach the youth life skills through meaningful <br />employment. <br />4. Mentoring - Each student is paired with a mentor that is compatible with their <br />personality and common interests. <br />Volume and Employees: Our business has grown each year. In 2018, we had over 225 <br />properties we serviced as well as numerous one-time landscaping projects and small general <br />construction jobs. This year we plan to have over 300 properties as well as 15 employees. <br />Insurance and Bonding: See attached insurance certificate. We have the ability to provide <br />performance bonding through our insurance agent upon request of the customer. <br />
