MICHELS CORPORATION - STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />The SSSP is prepared by the Michels Health and Safety Department prior to beginning a project <br />and details the project background, personnel responsibilities, emergency action plan (including <br />maps, addresses and phone numbers for local hospitals and clinics), accident prevention <br />strategies, training and orientation requirements, and the forms to be used to report injuries, <br />accidents and near misses. This document also incorporates health and safety protocols <br />required by the customer contract and safety program. <br />JSAs are completed every morning by each crew foreman or superintendent on the project. The <br />JSAs capture the names and signatures of the crew members on site that day, local weather <br />conditions, the scope of work to be performed, and identify the specific hazards that may be <br />encountered by that particular crew.
