The CONSULTANT shall receive as payment for the work performed under this <br />contract the total amount not to exceed $494,50 unless a supplemental is executed <br />by the parties that increased the maximum amount payable. The final total not -to - <br />exceed amount shall not exceed 12.5% of the actual project construction cost once <br />let and finalized. <br />2.
