LMM's contribution of the~monthly premium varies based on the <br />coverage plan selected by the associate and ranges from 67% of the <br />single associate monthly premium to 91.2% of the single associate <br />monthly premium. <br />YES Pension Plan -LMM provides a guaranteed contribution of 3.0% of <br />the associate's gross wages into an associate-controlled 401 (k) plan.
