Airport Economic Development Area <br />(2) Staff report on Data Realty fagade <br />expenses. <br />Mr. Kain noted that on July 26, 2011, the <br />Commission approved the sale of Lot 4 at <br />Ignition Park to Data Realty Northern <br />Indiana, LLC, which is in its final <br />construction stages with an anticipated <br />opening in October 2012.
