S <br />2. That an application on behalf of the Department of Redevelop- <br />ment for a loan under Section 102 (a) of said Title I in the <br />amount of $25,675,262 and for a project capital grant, a re- <br />location grant, and a Federal grant for the making of rehabili- <br />tation grants to the full amount available for undertaking and <br />financing the Project is hereby approved, and that the Executive <br />Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute and to file <br />such application with the Department of Housing and Urban Develop- <br />ment, to provide such additional information and to furnish such <br />documents as may be required in behalf of said Department, and <br />to act as the authorized correspondent of the Department of Re- <br />development. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held on April 19, 1974, in the office of the Commission, 1200 County -City Build- <br />ing, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />(SEAL) <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />J./4elmert.
