NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Redevelopment Commission, City of South Bend, Indiana, encourages the Common Council of South Bend, Indiana to act upon a resolution declaring certain portions of the downtown area of South Bend, Indiana, to be an urban development area for purposes of I.C. 6 -1.1- 12.1 -1 through I.C. 6 -1.1- 12.1 -6 inclusive. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Redevelopment Commissioners encourage that the above mentioned Common Council declaratory resolution include only Disposition Parcels 4 -1, 4 -31, and 4 -32 in the Project Indiana R -66 boundary, as it has been described in this resolution. Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on the 21st day of September 1979, in the Office of the Commission, Room 1200, County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana.
