Mr. Relos responded that it is <br /> one of many things they do, but they do a lot <br /> of analyses for grocery stores. The sales <br /> forecasts is an important part of what they <br /> will supply here that is different from the <br /> Buxton study. <br /> Mr. Davis joined the meeting at this time. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the DAKOTA WORLDWIDE FOR THE SCOPE OF <br /> Commission accepted the proposal from SERVICES PROPOSED AND AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br /> Dakota Worldwide for the scope of services EXCEED$8,100 <br /> proposed and an amount not to exceed <br /> $8,100. <br /> Mr. Davis expressed his gratitude for the <br /> Commission's funding of this study and for <br /> working with the steering committee in <br /> general. <br /> (3) Resolution No. 3034 related to acquisition <br /> of property at 1502 S. Kendall. <br /> Mr. Relos noted that 1502 S. Kendall was <br /> added to the Airport Economic Development <br /> Area's Acquisition List by Resolution <br /> No. 2668 on May 21, 2010. The property is <br /> a two story, three bedroom 1,122 square foot <br /> single family rental unit. It is currently <br /> vacant, so no relocation costs will be <br /> necessary. Resolution No. 3034 sets the <br /> acquisition offering price at $22,050, the <br /> average of two independent appraisals. <br /> 8 <br />
