South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br /> Regular Meeting—June 14, 2012 <br /> 6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br /> D. South Side Development Area <br /> (1) continued... <br /> Commission at its June 28 meeting. It will <br /> contain a funding request for title, appraisal <br /> and relocation services. <br /> Staff requests approval of Resolution No. <br /> 3045. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Alford, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.3045 <br /> Mr. Davis and unanimously carried, the APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3045 OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ADDENDUM TO THE <br /> MASTER AGENCY AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> approving and authorizing the execution of BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS(FELLOWS STREET <br /> an Amendment to the Addendum to the CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT- <br /> Master Agency Agreement with the Board of SUPPLEMENT#3). <br /> Public Works (Fellows Street Corridor <br /> Improvement Project— Supplement#3). <br /> Mr. Varner inquired about the two bridges <br /> the state intended to construct over the <br /> bypass. Mr. Schalliol replied that the state <br /> had originally planned two but then made the <br /> decision to make only one, the one that will <br /> align with Fellows Street. <br /> Mr. Varner asked if the residents to be <br /> affected were contacted. Mr. Schalliol <br /> responded that the city has met with them <br /> and has facilitated a first meeting with an <br /> appraiser. Following today's meeting there <br /> is scheduled a meeting between the residents <br /> and a relocation specialist. The residents <br /> were told that by mid-July all the <br /> professional service teams will be out to start <br /> the relocation/acquisition process. <br /> Mr. Varner asked if this area is in a <br /> redevelopment area. Mr. Schalliol said it is <br /> 17 <br />
