Based on the present design,
there are 30 total acquisitions, 6 partial
acquisitions, and 57 temporary rights-of-way
required for this project. Of the total takes, 3
properties are rentals, 3 are vacant and the
rest are owner-occupied units. Staff met with
all of the owners of the "total acquisitions"
except one between June 5 and June 7 in a
series of small group meetings to discuss this
project and the acquisition process. The total
cost for acquisition of all of the properties is
projected to be $3,022,500.
