Mr. <br /> Schalliol said Phase 1 will be completed by <br /> July, Phase 2 by late fall, and Phase 3 by <br /> early 2013. <br /> (7) Resolution No. 3047 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an <br /> Amendment to the Addendum to the <br /> Master Agency Agreement (Olive Road <br /> Right of Way Acquisition— Supplement <br /> #4) <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted that Supplement#1 deals <br /> with the design and bidding of site <br /> improvements on the Olive Road Basin <br /> which is part of the future construction of <br /> Olive Road improvements. The <br /> improvements to the pond and related site <br /> work are part of the acquisition agreement <br /> reached between the city's Board of Public <br /> 13 <br />
