Sweeney, <br />Clerk of the Board. <br />Dated this 8th. , day of April 1919. <br />'Goncerning the improvement ofthe- roadway of Wenger Street and Narroll <br />Street -from High Street to Paris Street in pursuance to resolution No.- 588 <br />the -Board finds that no petition has been filed with said Board by a majority <br />in number of the free holders res id ing on* said street to be improved requesting <br />that it be improv%. q with a different kind of pavement than the kind heretofore <br />adopted by the Board in its preliminary order; and the City Engineer reports that <br />Williston Construction Company is the lowest and best bidder for the` kind of <br />pavement heretofore adopted by the Board, and the Board find that said Williston <br />Construction Company is -the lowest and best bidder and herebyâ–º lets the contract, <br />for said improvement to him,' and orders that said -improvement be`made with <br />asphaltic concrete using Standard Mexican Asphalt and all proceedings heretofore <br />had in this matter are hereby confirmed and sat if ied. <br />G. Company is the lowest and best bidder and hereby lets the contract <br />for said ,improvement to him, and orders that said improvement be made with <br />Asphaltic concrete using Trinidad Natural Lake Asphalt and all proceedings here-' <br />tofore had in this matter are hereby confirmed and ratified. <br />G.
