<br />the abaft property owner and .the ewners thereon' with gas, water, sewer,
<br />and other conveniences and necessaries; and also City.Civil Engineer -has prepared
<br />and Fledt sapid office spec ifieations showiaig the material to be used and :the
<br />m,*Axe r ,of; laying said serv3ce',pipes, maias, conduits, laterals and connections from

<br />TREREFORE, be." it resolved by the Board of Public Works of the C it$

<br />said report and the specifications pr-spared.and filed bghlim are made a cart of this

<br />to be necessary In supplying gas to the owners of property abutting upon said street
