Theref0re, the American Railway Exprssa Company respectfully requests your Honorable Board for permission to erect a one-otery express building apprex- imately 32 feet`, in width by approximately 230 !t. in length, in accordance with the attached drawings and spec itest ions subject only to such minor ei anges to 3 eerier arrangements, as may be foubd necessary to meet the local conditions.
