<br />The following improvement resolutions were .adopted by the Board.

<br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC VVORkS OF THE CITY QF SOUTH BEND,
<br />COUNTY OF ST. JOSEPH STATE OF INDIANA, That the construction of a local sewer.,
<br />intended and adapted only for Local use by the property holders ghose property
<br />abuts thereon, and not . intended .or .adepted .for receiving sewerage from collateral'
<br />drains, be and the same is hereby ordered in end along Pulaski Street from Ford
<br />Street to a point 110 feet south of the south line of Division Street as follows,
<br />ti-wit: -
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Ford Street and
<br />Pulaski Street; thence north along the center line of Pulaski Street; thence north
<br />along the center line of Division Street frith a 12 Inch vitrified pipe sewer;
<br />together with the necessary manholes, storm water inlets, conduits, flush tank and
<br />house connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement, all as is more
<br />particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings

<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPR6VE!&fT RESOLUTION NO. 632.
<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works ofthe City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, that'it is desired and deemed necessary to
<br />improve: Maii Street from Broadway to Indiana Avenue as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said street
<br />shall be graded and the roadway -thereof shall be paved; and also the roadway of
<br />certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect said street
<br />shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be used in making said improve-
<br />ment khall be. Rheet Asphalt, Bitulithic, Asphaltic concrete or Brick, and the.
<br />foundation shall be portland cement concrete five (5) inches thick for the sheet
<br />asphalt, b_itulithic, asphaltic concrete and brick, or rolled gravel six (6) inches
<br />thick for the brick; also cement curb shall be constructed along said street where
<br />same is not already constructed; storm water. -inlets and conduits shall be constructed
<br />where necessary; all manhole tops and storm water inlets shall be set to the proper
<br />grade; cement marginal curb shall be cnstructed at all street and alley inter
<br />sections where necessary. All as is more particularly shown and all in accordance
<br />with the plans, profiles,. detail drawings and specifications on file in the office
<br />of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
