477 <br />i Petit ion received for pipe sewer .on Pulaski Street ° from Div is ion <br />Street to Ford Street. The Board ordered the same referred to the City Civil <br />Engineer for res jut ion. <br />Pat it ion received for pavement on Haney Avenue from Miami Street <br />to Lee-r Street. The Board referred the same to -the City Engineer for resolution. <br />Schyuler Hubbell, Attorney for the New York Central Railway <br />Lines appeared before the Board and stated that if convenient for the City to have <br />a representative of -the Board to meet with the attorneys and representatives of the t <br />New York Centraltailway system on Thursday March 6th.,1919 in regard to Track <br />El vat ion matters j prel iminary to meeting March llth. ,1919. It was decided that <br />G. A. Elliott President of the Board of Public Works and T. W. Slick, City Attorney <br />should go to Indiinapolis in regard to certain features of` the -#rack elevation <br />matters and consult with the. City ,of Indianapolis offdcers concerning different <br />legal qudst io:Ls.
