<br />Said Street shall be grated. and one` roadway thereof

<br />enter -or intersect said street: shall ba graded"l and :paved. The paving material to be us
<br />used :'in making said improvement, shall'be Sheet Asphalt, Bitulithic, Asphaltic` 'concrete. -

<br />The coat of the improvement herein -provided for, except street. and alley intersections, shall Abe paid by
<br />special assessment to be levied upon the property specially benefltted, to the amount. that the same may log
<br />ally assessed- therefor; in accordance with an Act of the General Assembly of the State Oi Indiana,
