Board of Pub. Works for authority to obtain delivery of 24,000 gallons of Flux oil for con- struction of Portage Avenue.,, which we understand is an order placed with°your company. The United Stated Highways Council passing on these applications has approved delivery of 24,000 gallons (Account of Illinois Petroleum Products Co.) if this material of the quality or grade ordered . This letter will be your authority to make delivery -on request of customer not to exceed this approved amount, and until further *dvices on notice to the contrary.
