Gentlemen: - There is still some surplus material that shodid be removed from the streets in which the High Street and Ewing Avenue Trunk sewer was constructed, and in the event the assessment roll is confirmed by your Board, I would recommend that the sum of $1500.00 be withheld from the contractor until this work has been done. &espectfuliy submitted, FRE,DERICK J.
