2.05 Condemnation Resolution No. 52. 1918. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana That the follewibg described property be appropriated for the use of said City. Beginning at a point on the west line of Lafayette Blvd. 132 feet south o he south line of Marion Street; thence south 14 feet; thence west i65 feet; thence north 14 feet; thence east 165 feet to the place of beginning. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.
