Teeple, Acting Building Commissioner <br />requesting a new typewriter in the building department office, The Board <br />approved of an order for $82.50 for one model 5 Underwood Typewriter with old <br />w L. C. Smith typewriter now in the building department office traded in. The same <br />to be paid for, out of the Building Department appropriation. <br />City, Civil Engineer reported on complaint of cement walk not extending <br />out tp curb in front of 2133 Mishawaka Avenue as follows.— This walk in front <br />of this property ,was originally constructed cane- foot ,further Worth than other <br />walks,. adjacent, thus leaving approximately a space one foot wide between new <br />curb line and walk. Ii property owner wishes walk extended to curb, would recam- <br />mend that Mr.-H. N. Barnes do this on his various street contrast and the cost <br />assessed against property. <br />F. J.
