THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:- That the Standard Oil Company , an Indiana c or nortt ion, conveys and quits-c la ins to the City of South -Bend, a Municipal Cprporat ions of the State of Indiana, for th sum of One Dollar, the following described real estate, to merit: Beginning at a point on the west® line of Lot Thirteen (13) of Rebecca- Studebaker's SubD iv is ion of Bank Out Lot Number Three (3), thirty (30) feet south ,of the northwest corner of said Lot Thirteen (13) thence north thirty (30) feet to th- northwest corner of sadd lot; thence southeasterly along the northerly line of said lot thirteen (13 ); twenty (20) feet; thence southerly on a curve of thirty three (33) foot convex to the northwest to the place of beginning. in the City or South Bend, County bf St. Joseph and State of Indiana, to be used For .street purposes. If the said premises shall hereafter cases to be used for street purposes, then this a onveyan ee shall be come and be hull and void, and all the right title and interest sha �1 thereupon, without notice, revert to the grantor, its successors and assigns.
