The f ollrna ing .deed approved by the Board as shown on page 211 of this <br />rec erd and ordered placed on record. <br />THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:- That the Standard Oil Company , an Indiana <br />c or nortt ion, conveys and quits-c la ins to the City of South -Bend, a Municipal Cprporat ions <br />of the State of Indiana, for th sum of One Dollar, the following described real estate, <br />to merit: <br />Beginning at a point on the west® line of Lot Thirteen (13) <br />of Rebecca- Studebaker's SubD iv is ion of Bank Out Lot Number <br />Three (3), thirty (30) feet south ,of the northwest corner <br />of said Lot Thirteen (13) thence north thirty (30) feet to <br />th- northwest corner of sadd lot; thence southeasterly <br />along the northerly line of said lot thirteen (13 ); twenty <br />(20) feet; thence southerly on a curve of thirty three (33) <br />foot convex to the northwest to the place of beginning. <br />in the City or South Bend, County bf St. Joseph and State of <br />Indiana, to be used For .street purposes. <br />If the said premises shall hereafter cases to be used for street <br />purposes, then this a onveyan ee shall be come and be hull and void, and all the right <br />title and interest sha �1 thereupon, without notice, revert to the grantor, its successors <br />and assigns. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Standard Oil has caused this instrument <br />to be signed by its president; its Corporate seal to be hereunto affixed and attested <br />by its Secretary, all this 3rd. day of June 1910. <br />(SEAL <br />Attest: <br />George W.
