L ' Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. 111r. E. U. Morris absent. Mr. A. H. Rice acting president. / Hearing had on assessment roil and final estimate for pipe sewer t' on Fellows Street from Haney Avenue to 30 feet n©-rtb of alley north of Haney Ave. under Improvement Resolution No. 553. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators a-,-) eared and no wr itten remor;- . strance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed October 2nd.1917 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as -shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessments rolls filed October 2nd.,1917oand the final estimate allowed October 2nd.1917 should be and the same are hereby in, all . things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed October 2nd.1917 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls,, and the Board further fint aht the assessments roll filed October 2nd.1917 and the final estimate alloyed October 2nd.1917 should be and the same are hereby dnz all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. In the above matter no remonstrators appeardd and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed Act ob er 9th. , _1917. is b enef itted in the amount of assessments as showw on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed October 9th. ,1917 and the final est imate� allowed October 9th. , 1917 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Deferred hearing hAd on Vacation of lat. alley south of Stull Stree from Main Street to lat. alley west of Main Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeardd but no written remon- strance was filed. The Board after hearing remonstrators decided to rescind all action on said resolution., Resolved- by the Board that the bids received at 10:00 A.U. this 16th. day of October ,1917 for pipessewer on Dayton Street from .Marine Street to lat. alley east are excessive arl the same are hereby rejected and the proceedings for said sever are hereby rescinded.
