X w i Z <br />Our team provides the City of South Bend with an in-depth knowledge of <br />school zone flasher, signage improvement, and pedestrian safety projects. <br />Project Manager, Jill Palmer, PE, has 19 years of technical and managerial <br />experience on these types of projects. Jill and her team have worked on, or <br />are currently working on multiple school zone flasher projects for various <br />communities across Indiana. <br />Green3 and DLZ were chosen as partners in this project to compliment <br />the strengths of the Shrewsberry personnel. We have developed a <br />seamless working relationship with Green3, having teamed with them for <br />their environmental services on four of our school zone flasher projects. <br />Our team has a long history of proven success working cohesively and <br />effectively on all types of transportation and safety projects throughout <br />the state of Indiana.
