En3Li roam n 1 It . <br />Drug and Alcohol use policy <br />We take pride in ensuring that our employees are safe and accident free. Construction <br />can be a dangerous place when the use of drugs or alcohol takes place. This policy prohibits any <br />employee behavior involving drugs or alcohol when at work. If this zero tolerance policy is not <br />followed and the problem is not immediately resolved then there are grounds for dismissal from <br />the company. <br />• No employee shall be under the influence of any UN prescribed drug. <br />• No alcohol consumption whatsoever is aloud during work. <br />• If under the influence of a prescribed drug then it shall be determined if the drug affects <br />the employees ability to do his or her j ob properly and in a safe, hazard free manner. <br />• An annual drug test will be administered by the company to ensure zero tolerance is <br />being practices. <br />• If employee fails to pass the drug test than an oral meeting will be held and depending on <br />the severity of the situation, if the issue cannot be resolved via this meeting a leave of <br />absence to resolve the problem will be given to tolerable levels. <br />We will provide training for our employees to educate them on the policy and the <br />repercussions of not following it. We will train our supervisors on what to do if the situation <br />does occur. We will administer an employee assistance program to help employees overcome <br />their addiction. We will also screen for drug use with an annual drug test. <br />
