After reviewing those bids, Mr. John Engstrom, Engineering, recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, John Boettcher Sewer & Excavating, in the amount of $128,890.29. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded and the Construction Contract approved subject to the Redevelopment Commission's approval of funding. Ms. Roos seconded the motion, which carried.
