Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present.
<br />Hearing had on impvovement Resolution No. 556 for the pipe sewer on
<br />Soring Street from Walsh Street to Arthur Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana.

<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was
<br />filed. And the Board being fully advised in .the premises, decides that the benefits to
<br />property liable to be assessed for said'improvements are equal to the estimated cost
<br />of the same, as reported by the City Civil Enginee, andtthereupon takes final action
<br />on said resolution as ori.gi rally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, rat i-
<br />f ied c onf irmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 19th. day of Sapt,aml1eJ917
<br />and on the 26th. day of September 1917 in a newspaper of general circulation in said
<br />City, stating that this - Board will received bids for the construction of said improve-
<br />ment up to 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd. day of October 1917. she Board reserves the right to
<br />reject any and all bids.

<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance
<br />was filed. +.he Board hherefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed
<br />August 21st.,1917 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls,
<br />and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed August 2ldt.,1917 and the
<br />-final estimate allowed 22pi August 21st.,1917 should be and the same is hereby in all
<br />things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />fitted and damaged respectively as shown in said roll Here in belows described, and said
<br />roll is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, and all action under
<br />Condemnation Resolution No. 48. is hereby concluded.
