<br />improvements a,re equal to the estim.a,ted cost of the ss:me, as reportwd by the City

<br />same as.follows:-- Sews-r to run or, Niles Avenue to first alley nol-th of St. Vjnctnt
<br />Street. and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved- further, that notices be published on the 23rd. dn.y of
<br />.August 1917 and on the 30th. day of August 1917 in a newspaper of general c irculat ion
<br />in s 3, id City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of
<br />said impoveraents up to 10:00 A. M. on the llth. day of September 1917. The Board
<br />reserves the right to reject any and. all bids,
<br />.In the matter of the Grace, curb Rnd walk on Meade Street from
<br />Elwood Avenue to Thompson Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 554. In the City
<br />✓ of South Bend, Tndiana.
<br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared being a majority of
<br />property owners on said street, but no written remonstrance wa,s. filed. The Board
<br />having said matter under advisement decided that said resolution should be and the
<br />same is hereby and in all things rescinded.
<br />Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimat-e for pipe sewer
<br />on Donald Street from 11:6ia.mi Str,-et. to Leer Street, under Improvement Resolution
<br />No. 516. In the City of South Bend, Indiana..

<br />same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
