<br />Also ordered to remove a line of vacated pales on the east side of Scott Street
<br />from Wayne*Street to Divis,i'on Street.

<br />to North line of Ewing Avenue in pursuance to resolution No. 529 the Board finds
<br />that no petitioxl `hF1.8 'been filed with said Board by a majority in number of the
<br />freeholders residing on said streets to be improved requesting that it be improved
<br />with a. d ifterent kind ®f pavement than the kind .heretofore adopted by the Board
<br />in its prel,imJnPry,order; and the City Engineer reports that Western Construction
<br />/ Company is: the lowest and best bidder for the kind of pavement heretofore adopted
<br />by the Board a.nd the Board `find 'that 'said 'W6stern Construction Company is the lowest
<br />abd best bloder ,and .11ereby Jet thj ,c,ontracG ,rqr said improvement to him, and orders
<br />that said improvement be made with Asphaltic Concrete and all proceedings hereto-
<br />fore had it this matter are herby confirmed •and ratified,
