' Communication received from The South Bend Home Telephone Company <br />requesting permission to extend their underground system from Sycamore Steast <br />on La Salle Avenue to cast side- of Emerick Street, thence south on Emehick Street <br />to first alley south of La Salle Avenue., which was referred to the Pole and wire <br />inspector and he reports as follows: <br />From manhole in alley east of Emerick'8treet <br />to manhole on Sycamore'Street use The Central Union. Telephone Company conduit, use <br />Central Union Telephone Coflipany�:poles in alley south of La Salle Avenue. The same was approved by the Board. <br />Property owners of Howard Street appeared before the Board after hearing <br />/ was had on Pipe sewer on Howard Street from St. Louis Blvd. to Notre Dame Avenue. <br />The Board ordered that the water tap on Lot 15 Oak Park 4th.
