<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance
<br />was filed. The' Board therefore find that the -property assessed in said rolls filed
<br />June 26th. ,1917 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls
<br />filed June 26th.,1917 and the final estimateallowed June 26th:,1917 should be and the
<br />same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />June 26th.,1917 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the
<br />Board further find that the assessment roll riled Jutio 26th.,1917 and the final estimate
<br />allowed June 26th.,1917 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, con-
<br />firmed and approved.
<br />Concerning the Improvement of the oadway of Howard Street from Niles
<br />Avenue to Notre Dame Avenue with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithic or brick,
<br />in pursuance to resolut-ion No. this being the day for receivin and opening bids
<br />the Board at 10: •00 o'clock- publicly opened and read and cons idered all bids.
<br />And thereupon the Board designated Asphaltic concrete the kind of pavement
<br />with which said street is to be improved and fixes the 28th. day of July 1917 as the
<br />time when petitions must be filed, and the Board hereby c ont inues this matter until
<br />the 31st . day of July _1917 at 10: 00 A.M. and all bids are hereby referred to the City
<br />Eng ine er f or tabulat ion add re port as t o the lowest and best b id. On. the day above
<br />named the Board will either pass on petitions, let said contract, or reject all bids.
