<br />THIS INDENTURE WITNESSENTH, That Leslie C. Whitcomb and Fred W. Keller, The

<br />of -Indiana Quit Claim and dedicate to the City of South Bend for the general use of the
<br />public as a part of Ewing Avenue the following described Real Esate in St. Joseph
