Before starting <br />on this work notify Mr. Toyne, Supt, of the Water Works Dept., that you are ready <br />to complete this work, and he will put ang inspector on the job _ <br />BOard of Public Works. <br />Xttorney Vitus Jones appeared before the Board and requested that <br />the roadways in Harter Heights be changed from thirty foot roadways to twenty <br />eight foot roadways. <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />4 <br />By Resolution of the Board of Public Works it was decided and ordered <br />that the roadways between curbs of the Streets in Harter Heights Addition should <br />be Twenty a ight(28) feet ; in widtk with the exeept ion of Napoleon Street whick <br />said roadway between cushy .hould be Thirty Six (.R6) feet in width. <br />Engineer representing the Michigan Central Ry. Company appeared before' <br />the Board and discussed the matter of grading their crossing at Pokagon Street. <br />Ll The Board instructed the said Engineer that it would be advisible for their <br />company to do said grading. <br />
