Board met in regular session at 10: 00 A.M. Mr. X. M. Morris absent <br />from session until 11:30 A.M. Mr. A. H. Rice acting oresideat. <br />Permiss ion granted to the Central Union Tel. C ompaxy t o set six <br />thirty f ive foot poles and one a i,ght foot anchor in the alley between Douglas affid <br />Kemble Sts., from the f irst alley north of Blanche St., to Oliver Street. <br />Building Commissioner reported on band stand in City Cemetery as <br />follow:- - <br />Inspected band stand at the city oemetery as to safety and found it, to be <br />,a safe structure f or the number 'of pers oIns that can be ace ommodated on it. <br />However the stand is a rather antiquated structure and does not present <br />an appearance very creditable to the City, <br />C. Oberle in, be Company. <br />On Mishawaka avenue between 19th. and 18th. , Streets: <br />Water not on, on second tap west of 19th. street on the north side of Mishawaka Avenue. <br />Between llth. atd 10th. Streets: <br />First tap west of llth. Street south side of Mishawaka .Avenue. rod not connected <br />to service smock; this also applies to the last two (2) taps in the block south side <br />of Mishawaka Avenue. <br />Between loth, acid 9th. Streets: <br />First tap on the alley south side of Mishawaka Ave., no water Is t tap north side of <br />Mishawaka Ave., rod off..from service cock. <br />Between 7th. and 6th. Streets: <br />lat. tap west o ?th. Street , north side of Mishawaka Avenue, no stop box visible. <br />Between 6th. and 5th. Streets, north side of Mishawaka Avenue, 2-taps on the Berner <br />lots, both rods off from service cocks. <br />East of Greenlawn Ave., south side of Mishawaka Avenue; <br />1st. tad. and 5th. taps, rods are off from service cocks. <br />West of Greexlawn Avenue north side of Mishawaka Avenue, as follows: <br />15 -services boxes not verteal. <br />1-tap inoperative. <br />4-taps shut off. <br />14-taps with rods off from service cocks. <br />2-taps too high. <br />1-tap with no stop box. <br />West of Greexlawn Ave.,, on the South side of Mishawaka Ave., <br />4abaps with rods off from service cocks. <br />2- taps shut off. <br />All as toted on plea of Mishawaka Avenue from Eddy Street to 19t1t. <br />Street, ready for paving, print #4507, underdate of November 2xd. ,1915. <br />
