RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF OU H BEND, INDIANA: That is is desirable to vacate the following a Vart Of Leer t from - Kline Street to Caroline Street as followsip to -wit: - Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Caroline Stre-et and the north line of Leer Court as now located; thence south: on the west line C Caroline Street to a pcixt 26 feet north of the northerly line of the right of way of the Lake Shore & Uichigax Southern Railway Co., measured aV right angles to the northerly line of said right of way; tkeuee westerly parallel to tke northerly line of said right of way to- a point in the east line of Kline Street 26 Feet north of the northerly line of said right of way measured at right angles to said right of way; thence worth on the -east lire of .K1ixe Street to the northerly line bf Leer Court; thence easterly on the xortherly, l.ise of Leer Court to the place of beginning .
