<br />WHEREAS .tke-Board of Public Works on tke 27tk. day of February 1917
<br />did Adopt A resolution order iEg and requiring tke permanent improv*ept of CAlvert
<br />Street from MiAmi Street-tm'-High Street by pAv ing the roAdwAy of the same, And
<br />WHEREAS, -tke •City .Civil Engineer has prepared And f iled in the
<br />office of this Board a report -showing the number and location of the service pipes,,

<br />main, conduits, laterals, == - connections which are, or will be necessary to acct�
<br />modate� the abutting property -and the owners thereof with gas,- wat , sewer, and other
<br />conveniences atria necessaries, ad also said City Civil Engineer has prepAred And
