Whereas- " s.Aid resolution as approved And confirmed was submitted to the Common C ounc it of the City of South Bend, Ind ianA, for its Action thereox, And was on the llth. dAy of December',1916 duly Approved by An OrdinAnce #Assed And Adopted by said Common C ounc iil, THEREFORE, ' Be It geseived by the BoArd of Public Works that in pursuance to Section 2 of, an Act of the Ge eral Assembly approved lurch 4,1911 ( Ckapter 128 of Acts of 1911) the New York Centrtal_Ra,ilreAd Company be, and hereby is ordered to prepare or cause to be. prepared And filed with the Board of Public Works pl up, And specifications complete And in pArt iculAr As to thAt pArt of the work known As. superstructure , inclxd ixg the retaining walls it Abutments 6 the sides of the streets; and be it further ordered that this Board of, Public Works by its City Civil Engineer shall prepare and file in the office of this Beard complete p1Axs And spec if icAt ions -in pArt iculAr As to thAt pArt of the work bexeAth such superstructure including the approaches on the streets to said improve- ment as well as the sidewalks, the paving and repairing and the changes in drainage 4n that part of the s-treets crossed by said tracks , and on that pest of all streets t7go grades of *Xick are changed by said improvement. Also, said Railroad Company shall at the same time that its said plans and spec if icAt ions are filed, file with this BoArd as itemized estimate of the complete cost of the work specified in the p1Ans and specifications so filed by its; and at the t ime sadd .Plane -and spec if ieat ims are so placed on file by this Beard, it shall d_ as place on file at its office an. itemized _estimate of the complete cost of the work spefi- f ied in the plans and spetitiations so filed by it .
