J�`J a{.1 <br />Your petitioners further represent that they will within a few months <br />erect a number of homes and residences in the said addi'i ion; and further that a, <br />n,imber of other citizens have purchased or contracted to purchase lots in the said <br />Addition for the purpose of erecting dwellings;. and that a great number of dwell- <br />ings will be erected in the said addition within the next year. <br />Your petitioners would further represent that the number 0 dwell- <br />ings erected and the development of the said Addition will depend upon the paving <br />of the Streets And the building of sidewalks in the said Addition. <br />The undersigned petitionera would further represent and agree that <br />they will pay the entire cost of the sidewalks and that they will contribute to the <br />City of South Bend one tenth or Ten per cent of the cast of the Street inter- <br />section, Lenn J. The Board decided to take <br />this matter up with the Finance Department before deciding on same. <br />The Matter of vacation a strip of land taken for the Widening of <br />Eddy Street from Jefferson Blvd. to Grand Trunk Ry.
