First Visit Test <br />o Employees, as a result of a work -related injury, that require professional <br />medical attention will be subjected to a substance abuse screen upon arrival to <br />the clinic. <br />Random Test <br />• Random testing times/dates are selected by the Safety Officer will be <br />unannounced with no predictable frequency. <br />• Employees refusing to be tested will be interpreted as a positive test and refusal <br />of the test can result in discharge or the employee will have immediate <br />termination. <br />Confidentiality <br />• All test results will be confidential and only accessible to authorized personnel. <br />• It is imperative that confidentiality be maintained at all times. <br />• Any positive test results must be confidentially reported to the appropriate <br />employee manager or supervisor. <br />Post Incident <br />o Any employee involved in work -related incident. <br />Testing Results <br />Employees testing positive may be allowed to remain employed if the employee at <br />their own expense meets the following requirements: <br />• Return to duty drug/alcohol testing is performed and results are negative- <br />• Employees are required to have successfully completed counseling or <br />rehabilitation program. <br />• The employee agrees to remain drug and alcohol free while continuing <br />employment with G.E. Marshall, Inc. <br />• Employee that receive unacceptable testing results will not be allowed to work <br />on owner/host facilities - <br />SECOND OFFENSE vAll be cause for IMMEDIATE TERMINATION! <br />C 2016 Safety Management Group of IN, Inc- 161 <br />
