<br />APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS — SALE OF
<br />ABANDONED VEHICLES
<br />Ms. Kathy Eli, Department of Code Enforcement, requested permission to advertise for the sale
<br />of approximately twenty (20) abandoned vehicles, which are being stored at Super Auto Salvage
<br />Corporation, 201 West Sherwood, South Bend, Indiana. It was noted that all vehicles have been
<br />stored more than fifteen (15) days, identification checks have been run for auto theft, and the
<br />owners and lienholders notified. Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau,
<br />and carried, the above request was approved.

<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Roger Nawrot, Engineering, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. Also presented at this time for
<br />approval and execution was the Title Sheet. Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by
<br />Ms. Dorau and carried, the above request to advertise was approved, and the Title Sheet was
<br />approved and signed.

<br />approval and execution was the Title Sheet. Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by
<br />Ms. Dorau and carried, the above request to advertise was approved, and the Title Sheet was
<br />approved and signed.

<br />by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Doran and carried, the above request was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS
<br />POLICE VEHICLE DECAL DESIGN AND APPLICATION (POLICE DEPARTMENT)
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Tim Lancaster, Police Department, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of proposals for the above referenced decal design and application.
<br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the above
<br />request was approved.
