TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: <br />Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred: <br />BILL NO. <br />55-05 A BILL FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES OF <br />APPOINTED OFFICERS AND NON-BARGAINING <br />EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2006 <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion, this bill <br />is being recommended to the full Council with a favorable recommendation as <br />substituted by updating section 2, (d) with the true monthly expenditures for insurance <br />and as amended by deleting the phrase or other key employee having specialized <br />expertise in Section II (g). <br />Roland Kelly <br />Chairman <br />
