Roos, Member <br />REGULAR MEETING APRIL 24, 2_012 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:35 a.m. on Tuesday, April <br />24, 2012, by Board President Gary A. GiIot, with Board Member Donald Inks present. Also <br />present was Attorney Andrea Beachkofsky. <br />APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the minutes of the Agenda <br />Review Session of April 5, 2012, the Regular Meeting of April 10, 2012 and the Claims Review <br />Meeting of April 17, 2012, were approved. <br />OPENING OF BIDS <br />-- EIGHT - THOUSAND (8,000), MORE OR LESS, <br />UNIVERSAL/NESTABLE _ <br />REFUSE CONTAINERS (2012 SOLID WASTE CAPITAL <br />LEASE) <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced <br />equipment. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and <br />the Tri- County News, which were found to be sufficient.
